Orders. When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send your confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order — if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.
Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If a price is listed incorrectly, we'll reach out before charging anything.
Shipping. We ship within the US and to select international destinations. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Once a package leaves our hands, it's with the carrier.

Warranty. All footwear purchased in North America is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or products bought from unauthorized sellers. For full details, see our warranty page.
Intellectual property. Everything on this site — product names, descriptions, photos, logos, the design itself — belongs to us or our licensors. You can't copy or use any of it without written permission.
Your account. If you create an account, keep your password private. You're responsible for anything that happens under your login. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access.
Limitation of liability. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the product in question. Some places don't allow these limits, so they might not apply to you.
Changes. We can update these terms anytime. The version posted here is the one that applies.
